Returns

We accept returns on full - priced items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on:

Used candles or diffusers

Sale or discounted items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
